A baker and successful food entrepreneur, Vincent owns Michelina bakery in Los Angeles and co-owns Pasta Corner in the Original Farmers Market in Los Angeles, Paris and Lille France and now New York. After 25 years of experience in the food industry in the US, he has proven himself as a successful chef and owner of various food businesses: from 2002-2016 he managed over 150 employees in 5 restaurants and a bakery in Miami, then he opened his wholesale bakery company in Los Angeles in 2016 with clients such as Disneyland and prestigious hotels like the Peninsula, Beverly Wilshire, Edition and Waldorf Astoria, as well as leading corporations including Google, Air France, Etihad, Qantas, Lufthansa, Air Tahiti and American Airlines.
